1/4 ts Ground pepper

2 tb Fresh Cilantro chopped

1 tb Minced jalapeno pepper

2 Ripe medium tomatoes; diced

1 md Garlic minced

1/4 ts Salt

A little red wine vinegar

1 sm Onion finely chopped; (2/3

1 md Yellow bell pepper; diced


Directions

This weekend I made the greatest salsa for a cookout from a recipe in Augusts Vegetarian Times. I just added some red wine vinegar to it. Its really wonderful.
