Samosa Filling

Ingredients

1 tablespoon oil

2 onions chopped

1 teaspoon coriander

1/2 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon haldi

1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper

1/2 teaspoon Black pepper

1 teaspoon garam masala

Chili paste to taste

4 cloves garlic minced

1 tomato chopped

1 inch ginger grated

1 lb Ground beef

1/2 lb frozen peas

4 Russet potatoes peeled and chopped

1/2 Fresh lemon juiced

Fresh Coriander chopped

salt to taste


Directions

Fry onions in oil until soft, then add remaining ingredients except coriander and salt. Cook on low until beef is cooked through and potatoes are soft. Add coriander and salt to taste, and mash together until potatoes are completely incorporated. Allow to cool completely and use as filling with samosa dough.
