Directions:
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 F
Step 2
Cream butter and sugar.
Step 3
Beat eggs. Mix in eggs, milk and vanilla.
Step 4
Stir in flour, salt, and baking powder
Step 5
Refrigerate for 3 hours. Roll between parchment paper to 1/8 inch thick.
Step 6
Cut into shapes and wash with egg white. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar or sprinkles.
Step 7
Bake in the oven for a few minutes removing when they start browning on the edges.
The secret to the sand tart is to roll the cold dough very thin.
