Sand Tarts

Ingredients

1/2 cup Margarine

1 cup Sugar

2 Eggs

2 cups Flour

2 teaspoons Baking soda

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1 tablespoon Milk

1 teaspoon Vanilla extract


Directions

Directions: Step 1 Preheat oven to 425 F Step 2 Cream butter and sugar. Step 3 Beat eggs. Mix in eggs, milk and vanilla. Step 4 Stir in flour, salt, and baking powder Step 5 Refrigerate for 3 hours. Roll between parchment paper to 1/8 inch thick. Step 6 Cut into shapes and wash with egg white. Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar or sprinkles. Step 7 Bake in the oven for a few minutes removing when they start browning on the edges.
