Ingredients

1 pound sausage (Jimmy Dean regular pork sausage)

1 8-oz package colby jack cheese finely shredded

1 bottle of ranch dressing

4 packages Athens mini filo shells (15 per box)

Directions

brown the sausage and drain. stir together all ingredients and put into shells. bake at 275 for ten minutes.
