Sausage Souffle

Ingredients

1 pound Sausage crumbled

6 slices Bread crumbled

1 1/2 cups Cheddar cheese shredded

1 1/2 cups milk

6 Eggs beaten

1/4 teaspoon Salt

Pepper to taste


Directions

Day before, fry & drain sausage. Alternate layers of bread, sausage & cheese in buttered casserole dish. Mix milk, eggs, salt & pepper, pour over above mixture. Cover & refrigerate. Next morning, bake at 325? for 1 hour or until eggs are done to taste. Serve hot with toast.
