Ingredients

1 lb scallops

3 T olive oil

1/4 c butter

1 clove garlic minced

to taste Salt & pepper

1/3 c chicken both

1 whole lemon - juice and zest use all

4 T Fresh parsley chopped

1 T Fresh chives chopped


Directions

Heat pan and oil high heat. Turn heat down a little and add scallops, spacing apart. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side without touching or turning. Remove from pan onto another plate Add 3 T of butter to skillet, then add garlic to barely brown. Add chicken broth simmer medium to thickened a little. Mix in rest of butter, lemon juice, zest and chopped herbs Add scallops to pan until warm 289 cal
