Simple pan fried chicken

Cook chopped and seasoned chicken for use on sandwiches, gyros, or pizza

Ingredients

4 lbs cut into 1" x 0.5" chunks

4 tbsp eg: everyday seasoning at TJ's

enough to keep the pan covered


Directions

Pull chicken from freezer and place in refrigerator overnight. Cut chicken into chunks while partially thawed. Defrost a few more hours. Split chicken into batches (I used 3). Coat with seasoning of choice. Add oil to pan and heat over medium high heat. Add chicken and cook until done (~6 minutes) turning often.
