Slow Cooker Chili

I found this recipe in a magazine. Wow, it's so good.

Ingredients

2 lbs ground beef

2 medium yellow onion chopped

1 green bell pepper chopped

2 cloves garlic minced

2 -15 oz cans diced tomatoes (do not drain)

1 Yellow pepper chopped

1 -6 oz can tomato paste

1/8 cup chili powder

1/2 TBL sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp ground red pepper (or pepper flakes)

1 Red pepper

1 -15 oz can red kidney beans (drained and rinsed)

1 Can Pinto beans

1 Can Navy beans


Directions

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef. Crumble, drain and place in a 6 quart or larger slow cooker. Sauté peppers and onion for 7 minutes then add to slow cooker. Toss in beans and spices as well. Cover and cook on Low 7 to 8 hours.
