Ingredients

2 lb pork tenderloin

1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce

1 tablespoon Yellow mustard

2 tablespoons Maple syrup up to 3 tablespoons if wanted

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder


Directions

Mix ingredients above. Pour over Tenderloin in the crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours.

I cooked just as directed and added small potatoes halfway through the cooking time. Everyone really liked it, and the juice makes a tasty gravy so don’t discard it!

My family LOVES this recipe! I altered it after the first try of it. I added minced onion and substituted regular mustard for honey Dijon mustard. Regular syrup instead of maple works fine as well if you're in a pinch.
