In a large pot, melt butter and marshmallows over medium heat.
Once melted, remove from heat and mix in cereal. Add melted peanut butter and continue to mix.
Spread cereal mixture in a greased 9x13 pan.
Melt milk chocolate chips using package instructions. Drizzle melted chocolate on top of cereal mixture.
Refrigerate until set (about 2 hours).
