- Cook bacon in large nonstick skillet on medium heat until crisp.
- Remove bacon from skillet; drain on paper towels.
- Discard all put 2 tablespoon bacon grease from skillet.
- Add chicken to skillet.
- Cook 5-6 minutes on each side or until golden brown on both sides and cooked in the middle.
- Transfer chicken to plate; cover to keep warm.
- Add vegetables and 1 c. broth to skillet.
- Cover and simmer 10 minutes or until vegetabels are tender.
- Stir in remaining broth and cream cheese.
- Cook uncovered 2 minutes or until cream cheese is melted and sauce is thickened, stirring frequently.
- (For an easier to eat and better tasting dish dice the chicken roughly) Return chicken to skillet; cook 2 minutes or until heated through.
- Put noodles on each plate and top with chicken, sauce, and bacon

I cut up the chicken into small pieces before cooking. Also added the bacon and chicken back into the sauce and let them simmer and absorb flavors. I think you coul due other vegetables for a different flavor. Carrots were a bit boring.
