2 tablespoons butter softened

2 tablespoons sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons salt

4 cups all-purpose flour

2 packages active dry yeast 1/4 ounce each

1 egg white lightly beaten

1 large onion chopped

3 ribs celery chopped

6 tablespoons butter

3 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables thawed

6 tablespoons all-purpose flour

4 1/2 cups milk

4 strips bacon cooked and crumbled

2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules

3/4 teaspoon seasoned salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper
