1. Sprinkle steaks from fridge with salt and pepper. If frozen add 30 min cooking time.
2. Place in plastic bag or vacuum seal with butter in bag.
3. Place in bath for 1 hour. (Add 30 min if frozen or 1 1/2 in thick)
4. Remove from bath, Dry off.
5. Heat butter in pan till just starting to show brown. Add steaks for 1 minute on each side.
6. Enjoy! No need to rest.
