Southwestern Salad

Ingredients

1 c Mexican cheese or cheddar, Shredded

1/2 c Salad dressing of your choice

2 tb green chilies Chopped

1 15-oz can pinto beans rinsed

2 1/2 c Corn chips

1 sm Tomato seeded and diced

1/2 head Iceberg lettuce torn

2 tb Green Onions Sliced

1 sm Avocado peeled and sliced


Directions

In a serving bowl or platter, toss chips, lettuce, cheese, beans, tomato, salad dressing, onions and chilies. Top with avocado. Serve immediately. Yield 6-8 servings. Recipe by: Taste of Home Posted to MC-Recipe Digest V1 #839 by L979@aol.com on Oct 12, 1997

i made this and it was really good, i did add some shredded pork tenderloin and boy was it mmmmm good, thanks for the recipe, i did add a picture for your recipe, CCheryl, id give ya a medal for this but im fresh out, sorry, but heres an invisable one fer yas,,,,,have a wonderful day,
