Spaghetti Pie- Tangy Italian

Family favorite. I know it might be odd, but we only make it with the green box Kraft Spaghetti Classics, Tangy Italian. The sauce is just what we like for this one! We never make just 1 pie so double if you want any leftovers.

Ingredients

1 box Kraft Spaghetti Classics,Tangy Italian green box

6 ounces Mozzarella grated more or less

1 each egg

1/3 stick Margarine

1/2 pound Ground chuck browned

1 can Tomato paste 6 oz can

1 can mushrooms small can or saute fresh sliced


Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. While cooking the spaghetti pie, make the sauce as directed on the package. Boil the spaghetti per instructions on the box (or as you normally do. Beat the egg in a bowl and add the cheese packet and 1/3 stick of margarine cut in small pieces. Drain the spaghetti and mix into the bowl with the egg mixture. The margarine will melt. Put 1/2 of the spaghetti mixture into a glass pie dish or 8x8 glass pan. Spread on the grated cheese and top with rest of spaghetti mixture. Bake for 10 min or until the cheese bubbles. Let stand for 10 minutes to set. Cut and serve with the sauce.
