Spaghetti Sauce

My family made this sauce when I was young. They froze it in small containers.

Ingredients

15 pounds chopped

5 each green peppers chopped

1/2 large chopped

4 heads chopped

12 pounds drained

4 gallons

1 cup (less if canned tomatoes)

2 tablespoons

4 tablespoons chilies

6 tablespoons

1 cup to cook vegetables

2 tablespoons

2 cans 19 ounce can

Directions

Cook vegetables in oil. Drain. Cook ground beef. Drain. Add the two together with tomatoes. Add seasonings. Add remaining ingredients. Mix cornstarch in water. Add to sauce to thicken. I remember this cooking for hours when I was young.
