Spicy #2 Thai Basil Stir Fry

This is a soy meat remix of Spicy Basil Chicken dish popular in Thai restaurants.

Ingredients

2 lb Yves 'ground meat'.

1 cup basil leaves chopped

1 cup onion chopped

1 clove garlic chopped

1/2 tube fun squeeze chili paste in a tube

1/2 can coconut milk (from the can not the nut)

2 tbs soy sauce (or 3)

2 tbs fish sauce (or 3)

2 tbs peanut oil for stir fry.* (or 3)

1/2 head cabbage.* chopped

1 double recipe per 2 pound meat


Directions

First prepare a bowl to make delicious sauce. Add soy sauce, fish sauce, coconut milk, and chili paste. Mix. Smell. Gross huh? just wait. Add peanut oil to wok or frying pan. Let heat. Then add garlic & onions. Stir. After 2-3 min. add Yves ground meat. Stir. After 5 min. add pre-mixed sauce. Stir. Sauce should absorb into meat and simmer. after 3-4 min. add basil and stir till basil leaves are cooked. Serve over chopped cabbage.
