Dice the red peppers, mix the 2 cans of braai relish, black pepper and oregano in a saucepan. Simmer until the mixture thickens. Add corn starch to thicken the mixture. Salt to taste
Dice the onion, garlic and spinach and reduce 50% in size in a skillet
Melt the butter in a saucepan and slowly add the cake flour while constantly whisking. Add the milk slowly while whisking. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Layer the lasagna sheets in a oven proof dish, layer the spinach, tomato & pepper mix, white sauce, mushrooms and grated cheddar cheese and continue to layer in this fashion. Top off with grated gouda cheese, parsley.
Bake in pre-heated oven for 180C for 45min to an hour
