Ingredients

2 Cans Braai Relish with Herbs

2 Medium Red Peppers

1 tsp Ground Black Pepper

1 tsp Dried Oregano

500 g Spinach

2 Cans Mushrooms

2 Cloves Garlic

1 Large Onion

10 Sheets Lasagne Pasta

100 g Butter

100 g Cake Flour

250 ml Milk

250 g Cheddar Cheese

200 g Gouda Cheese


Directions

Dice the red peppers, mix the 2 cans of braai relish, black pepper and oregano in a saucepan. Simmer until the mixture thickens. Add corn starch to thicken the mixture. Salt to taste Dice the onion, garlic and spinach and reduce 50% in size in a skillet Melt the butter in a saucepan and slowly add the cake flour while constantly whisking. Add the milk slowly while whisking. Add salt and pepper to taste. Layer the lasagna sheets in a oven proof dish, layer the spinach, tomato & pepper mix, white sauce, mushrooms and grated cheddar cheese and continue to layer in this fashion. Top off with grated gouda cheese, parsley. Bake in pre-heated oven for 180C for 45min to an hour
