Spinach Salad #3

Ingredients

1 ds Garlic powder

1/4 c Red wine vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste

3/4 lb Bacon

3 tb Bacon drippings

1 lb Fresh spinach

1/2 c Salad oil

1 ts Worcestershire Sauce

Directions

Wash spinach leaves; drain well. Fry bacon until crisp; crumble. Mix ingredients for dressing together; blend well. Pour dressing over greens and chill briefly before serving. From <A Taste of Louisiana>. Downloaded from G Internet, G Internet.
