Ingredients

1 bag Fresh Spinach

1/4 pound cooked bacon crisp

3-4 green onion, diced

1/4 pound Fresh mushrooms chopped

2-3 Hard boiled eggs

3/4 cup white vinegar

1 tsp Dry mustard

1/3 cup sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

black pepper to taste

2/3 cup oil

Directions

Tear spinach, and sprinkle with bacon, onion, mushrooms, and eggs. Mix vinegar, mustard, sugar, salt, garlic powder, parmesan cheese and pepper in a blender. in a slow stream, add oil and continue to blend in imersion blender. Pour dressing over salad right before serving.
