Ingredients

Lettuce shredded

Carrot julienned

Cucumber julienned

Avocado sliced


Directions

Cut Nori sheets in half. Place rice on rough side of Nori, spread to edges (except 1, leave 1/2 inch gap). Flip Nori sheet gently so rice is now under the sheet. Place filling on Nori and make "line" down middle rice (parallel to uncovered edge). Use enough filling to make a line about 3 "fingers" wide. Role sushi using bamboo rolling matt tucking exposed Nori inside roll to seal seam.
