Powdered milk

4 Sprigs fresh mint

3 ts Freshly squeezed lemon juice

100 g Fresh strawberries; (4oz)


Directions

Place the strawberries and mint leaves in a liquidiser or food processor, add 2 tbsp of powdered milk. Blend everything together for 10-15 minutes then spoon out into a bowl ready for use.
