Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients

3 Bell Peppers

1 lb of ground (beef/chicken/turkey)

1 cup of rice / quinoa

1 jar of tomato sauce

Minced garlic

1/3 cup of onion

Salt and pepper for taste


Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Boil water in large pot large pot Brown meat with onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Hallow out Peppers and place in boiling water for 2-3 mins Combine rice and tomato sauce to browned meat-mix! Take out Peppers from water and place in oven-safe dish Fill Peppers with rice/sauce/meat. Top with shredded cheese Leave in oven for 30 minutes Enjoy!
