Ingredients

1 box Dreamfields Rotini cooked

1 cup light mayonnaise for the dressing

1/4 cup red wine vinegar for the dressing

2 tablespoons Splenda for the dressing (original recipes calls for 1/4 cup sugar)

3 cups chopped raw broccoli (about 1-inch pieces) (original recipe calls for 1 cup)

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (original recipe calls for 1/2 cup)

1/2 cup roasted unsalted sunflower seeds

1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon

1/4 cup diced red onion

Absolutely delicious! I did have to add a little more mayo and vinegar as the pasta was a little dry after adding what the recipe called for, but after adding my extras this dish is absolutely delicious!!!

I believe the "sauce" needed to be doubled add the pasta seemed dry to me but other than that it was absolutely fabulous!

A simple and tasty salad. I thought it could have been better, but I did use off-the-shelf bacon bits instead of homemade bacon. But in any case, the recipe was tasty.
