Sweet Chili Garlic Sauce

Ingredients

140 grams Rice vinegar

140 grams Water

140 grams Sugar

15 grams Dry red wine or sherry

30 grams Chili garlic paste

20 grams Garlic - minced

1/2 teaspoon Ginger powder or 2 tsp minced ginger

10 grams Soy sauce

14 grams Cornstarch mixed with 15 grams water


Directions

Mix all in a pan except the cornstarch. Once sugar is dissolved, add cornstarch while stirring. Heat to boiling till appears clear. Let cool, place in container in fridge.
