Ingredients

2.5 ibs Sweet potatoes preferably try white ones

1/4 cup butter

4 tbsp coconut milk or heavy cream

pinch ground nutmeg

seasoning

Directions

Cut the sweet potatoes into cubes and boil for 20 min or until tender strain then add all ingredients except nutmeg, mash or whip with electric mixer sprinkle with nutmeg before serving
