Sweet pepper ham wraps

great and easy appetizer. Make ahead: prepare as directed, cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days. I have used this recipe with other deli sliced meats and with a bag of mini peppers.

Ingredients

1 each Red bell pepper

1 each Green bell pepper

2 tablespoons Neufchatel Cheese

12 slices shaved smoked ham


Directions

Cut each pepper lengthwise into 6 strips, remove and discard seeds. Dry inside of peppers with towel, spread with neufchatel cheese. Place 1 pepper strip on each ham slice: wrap ham around pepper. Secure with toothpicks.
