Tempura Batter (Boom)

Ingredients

1/4 cup rice flour

3 cups soda water

2 cups all purpose flour

1/2 cup cornstarch

1 tbsp baking powder

1 tbsp Salt

1 tsp Cayenne pepper


Directions

Stir together rice flour and 1/2 cup of soda water. Set aside. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, cornstarch, and baking powder. Stir 2 1/2 cups soda water, salt, and cayenne into this mixture then finally add rice flour mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and let rest in refrigerator for at least 1 hour.

Gorgeous! I simplified a bit too and just used soda water and chilli, some cod and crab sticks.
