Tennessee BBQ Steak Soup

Ingredients

1 Stick

1/2 Cup

2 Cups

1/2 Cup Diced

1/2 Cup Fresh - Diced

1/2 Cup Fresh - Diced

1 Can (8 oz) chopped

1/2 tsp Ground

1 1/2 tsp

1/2 Cup

2 Cubes

1 package Frozen (10 oz)

3 Cubed and peeled

1 pound Browned and Drained


Directions

1. Coat beef with flour and brown in skillet in olive oil 2. Place browned meat and vegetables in bottom of crockpot and cover with pepper 3. Pour BBQ and Worcestershire sauce over meet and veggies 4. Add broth and bouillon cubes last 5. Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours. Serve with shredded cheese on top (Optional)
