Tomato and Coriander Salad (Salatat Tamatim wa Kuzbara)

Ingredients

5 medium tomatoes - diced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro - chopped

1/8 teaspoon Cayenne

3 tablespoon Lemon juice

2 tablespoon olive oil

1/8 teaspoon Kosher Salt - to taste

1/4 teaspoon Black pepper - to taste

1 teaspoon Splenda - to taste


Directions

Combine tomatoes and cilantro in a salad bowl. In a separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients; then pour over tomatoes and toss just before serving.
