Tomato Cream Pasta

Ingredients

1 can Tomatoes

1 can Tomato paste

1 quart mirepoix (celery, carrot, onion) medium diced

2 cups Cream

3 bags Spaghetti or preferred pasta

2 cups herbs chopped


Directions

1. Sautee mirepoix until tender 2. Add your can of tomato paste 3. Sautee for 1 minute 4. Add canned tomatoes 5. Sautee until liquid reduces by half 6. Add herbs and cook for 2 minutes 7. Blend together with cream 8. Add blanched spaghetti and mix together 9. Season to taste 10. Serve
