Tomato Salsa

Ingredients

1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon Cider Vinegar

1 teaspoon oregano chopped, fresh or 1/2 tsp dry

3/4 teaspoon Ground cumin

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1/2 cup Scallions diced

1 clove garlic minced

1-1/2 cup Tomatoes diced

1 tsp Cilantro minced


Directions

Mix all together & refrigerate for awhile, even overnight. Any type of tomato will work. Good over fish or with eggs.
