Ingredients

500 grams gnocchi ready made

1 350-gram jar tomato pasta sauce

100 grams spinach washed

250 grams mascarpone.

50 grams parmesan or grana padano cheese


Directions

Cook gnocchi according to instructions and drain. Heat tomato sauce in ovenproof dish and add spinach until wilted. Add gnocchi, season and spoon blobs of marscapone over. Scatter with shavings of cheese and grill until bubbling and golden.
