Ingredients

10 filets tilapia

12 corn tortillas torn in pieces

2 whole Jalapeno peppers chopped

1 tablespoon Lime Juice

1 teaspoon Chili powder

3/4 teaspoon Cumin

1 tablespoons Kosher Salt

3 whole Egg

1/2 cup Fresh Cilantro chopped

Directions

Blend tortilla pieces, pepper lime juice, cilantro and spices till uniform crumbs. Dip each fillet in egg, then in crumb mixture. Bake at 375-conventioanl for around 15min.
