Tres Leches Coconut Macaroons

By far the best macaroons I've ever made. . . and so easy. You don't need to dip them in chocolate, they are great without.

Ingredients

4 Bags 14 oz sweetened coconut Angel flake is best

2 cans Sweetened Condensed Milk

1/2 cup Sour cream

2 tablespoons Heavy cream

1 tablespoon Mexican Vanilla

3 pounds Dipping Chocolate (Although they are good without)


Directions

In largest mixing bowl, mix all ingredients till thoroughly combined. Using a scoop, gently scoop out batter and press into scoop. Place on parchment or silicone lined baking sheet, one inch apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. They should be nicely toasted and very fragrant. Cool completely and if desired, dip halfway in melted chocolate and place on wax paper and into the freezer till dry.
