Tri-Tip Steak

Ingredients

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/3 cup vegetable oil

3 tbsp packed brown sugar

5 cloves garlic minced

1 tbsp tomatoe paste

1 tbsp paprika

1/2 tsp pepper

1/4 tsp cayenne

2 pounds Tri-Tip steaks


Directions

Whisk all ingedients together and transfer to ziploc bag. Pat steaks dry then prick all over with a fork. Add beef to bag and refrigerate for 2-24 hours. Grill steak on high for 8-10 minutes. Transfer to plate, tent loosely with foil and let rest for 5-10 minutes.
