2 6 oz cans water-packed tuna drained

1/4 cup finely chopped

2 tablespoons

1/4 cup reduced fat mayo

2 tablespoons finely chopped

2 tablespoons

2 teaspoons OR apple cidar

1/8 teaspoon

4 slices crusty multi-grain bread

3/4 cup shredded mild cheddar


Directions

Pre-heat broiler to 500 Combine tuna, celery, pepper, pickle, mayo, chives, mustard, vinegar & pepper Stir well Spread tuna mixture on bread Lay slices on foil-lined broiler pan Sprinkle with cheddar cheese Broil til cheese melts, 4-5 min
