1/2 cup Cider vinegar

1 teaspoon Whole allspice

1 tablespoon Herbs de Provence

1 teaspoon Ground ginger

1 teaspoon Garlic powder

1 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Carefully add brine to bag, seal and put in refrigerator. After 6 hours, turn bird over and continue to refrigerate until ready to cook.

I used a large plastic garbage bag. Just make sure that whatever you use is really, really clean. You can find the recipe for cooking the actual turkey at http://www.bigoven.com/168259-Turkey-In-A-Nesco-with-Injection-and-Rub-recipe.html. [I posted this recipe.]
