Tuscan Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

1 10 1/2 -oz. container Buitoni Bruschetta

1 cup freshly shredded Parmesan cheese

40 medium white mushrooms stems removed

40 small basil leaves optional


Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Clean mushrooms. Combine bruschetta and cheese in a medium bowl. Fill each mushroom with 1 heaping teaspoon bruschetta mixture. Place in a baking pan. Bake for 20 minutes. Transfer mushrooms to a serving platter and top with basil leaves.
