1 1/2 cups Oats
1/2 cup Shredded coconut
1/2 cup Raisins (or date chunks, cranberries, any dried fruit will work)
1/2 cup Mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup Almonds chopped
3 scoops Vanilla whey protein powder
2 tablespoons Flax seeds
2 tablespoons Chia seeds
1 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1 Ripe banana mashed
1/2 cup Maple syrup or honey
1/2 cup Peanut butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
Yum. But to clarify, vegan is animal free food. Whey is a by product of milk. Other than that gripe, it's a wonderful recipe and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great "grab and go" snack :)
KitchenFairieOh, man. These will be the best grab-and-go breakfast ever. My son wrestles and asked me to find some high-protein breakfasts and snacks for him.
