Ingredients

1.5 c Flour

1 c Sugar

3 tablespoon cocoa

1 t vanilla

1 c Water

1 tsp soda

.5 tsp Salt

1 tablespoon vinegar

6 tablespoon Vegetable Oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Pour into a greased cake pan and bake 25-30 minutes
