Walnut & Rosemary Chicken

1/4 cup (or regular milk in a pinch)

12 ounces Skinless, cut into 2 pieces

2 tablespoons (or your favorite cheese)

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 deg F Combine buttermilk and mustard in shallow flat bowl and whisk Add chicken to mixture, turn to coat, set aside Combine panko, walnuts, cheese, rosemary, salt and pepper in shallow flat bowl and mix well Remove chicken from buttermilk mixture and dredge in panko mixture. Option 1 for a both sides crispy Coat a wire rack with cooking spray and place on baking sheet Arrange chicken on rack and bake (14-20 minutes depending on chicken thickness) Option 2, place chicken in a baking dish and bake (14-20 minutes depending on chicken thickness)
