Ingredients

2 Boxes Vanilla Wafers Crushed

2 Tablespoons Cocoa

2 Ounces Whiskey or more

1 Cup Pecans Finely chopped

4 Tablespoons Dark Corn Syrup

Confectioners Sugar


Directions

On a flat surface, pulverize vanilla wafers. In a bowl, combine cocoa, pecans, and corn syrup. Blend in cookie crumbs. Add Whiskey. Roll into balls (this is messy and they’re better small). Roll balls in confectioner’s sugar till coated. Makes about 10-12 dozen. Store in air tight container because the alcohol will evaporate. **You can add more whiskey - I always do**
