1. Add the chicken, onion, white beans, green chilis, 1 cup of salsa verde, chicken stock, garlic powder, cumin, and salt to a 6-quart slow cooker
2. Cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours of low 6-8 hours
3. Uncover, remove chicken and shred
4. Add the chicken back to the crockpot along with the cream cheese and mix. Add salt or additional salsa to taste
5. Optional toppings: avocado, sour cream, crushed tortilla chips, chopped onion, cilantro, line juice, jalapenos, shredded cheese
