Sausage, egg, cheese and hash brown mix

Ingredients

26 oz Bag Frozen hash brown

1pk Uncooked sausage links

1/2 Chopped Onion

1/2 Chopped Green pepper

1 TB Black pepper

1/2 TB Garlic salt

12 Eggs

12 oz sharp Cheddar cheese

2 TBS Fried Garlic


Directions

Cut up sausage links, onion and green pepper. Put all this into a skillet with nonstick spray. Sprinkle a little pepper and garlic salt to season. Sauté this mix till meat is browned. Preheat oven to 350 Spray bottom of cake pan with nonstick spray and add entire package of frozen hash browns. Spread this in the pan evenly. Whisk together 12 eggs with pepper, garlic salt and fried garlic. Pour this mixture evenly over the hash brows. Add a layer of cheese, then the sausage mix evenly, then finish off with the cheese. Add extra cheese if preferred. Put into oven for 50 minutes to 1 hour on bottom rack depending on oven strength. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving once done.
