Really yummy! I'll make this again. Next time I'll take the advice of another reviewer and salt it first. It was a bit soggy.

These were yummy, but could use a little tweaking. I set my oven to 450 like the recipe calls for and set the timer for 20 min, but I could tell I needed to flip them after about 12 minutes. After flipping I sprinkled more breading on the top and let them keep baking for about 8 min. I over spiced them a little bit, but overall they were quite yummy!

These are delicious! Family members only complaint was that I didn't make enough of them. I added some onion and garlic powder to the coating. I followed some of the reviews for this recipe on the FN website and and salted the zucchini and let it sit for about 30 min to bring out excess water and cooked at 400 instead. Some of the pieces started to get too crisp towards the end so I'm not sure if I should have followed those suggestions or not. (Or it might have been due to the fact that someone tinkered with my timer!)
