lacymae ,I like to add mushrooms instead some times. But usually make them with jalapenos. I also sprinkle salt pepper garlic and Cajun seasoning on them before putting on the bacon. We loooove it!8y
lynnlye ,This was a superb chicken recipe, super easy and inexpensive. The only thing I did different was brush apricot jam over the top of the bacon and chicken and I added more fully cooked crispy bacon in with the mixture. I also recommend cooking this in your broiler pan, so that the bacon on the bottom doesn't get soggy from cooking in the juices, that is if you choose to cook in the oven.8y
