Great for lunch or dinner!
I made my own pie crust, but you can buy them already made in the store. This bakes in the oven and comes out so pretty and pizza like. But its still a quiche, so most men will love this, Ladies, don't tell them its quiche.
Place 1/2 of pepperoni in bottom of pie crust, and then top with 1/2 of cheese. Mix eggs, flour and milk with garlic together and pour over pepperoni and cheese in pie crust. Then top with toppings as desired. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes. Let set about 15 minutes before serving. Serve with fresh salad and enjoy.
You can add chopped fresh tomatoes to this dish as well.
