Add flours, salt, sugar and oil and program 4 min. on knead
Take out, shape into a ball and place in an oiled bowl. Cover with plastic wrap.
Let rise for 1 hour
Cover bottom of pot with cooking paper. Punch in, form into a ball. Place bread in pot and leave for an hour. Make cuts on top, brush with water and sprinkle flour over.
Put in a cold over at 250 degrees centigrade for 30 minutes.
Remove lid and cook in oven for 5 more minutes to brown.
Cool on grid.
